The view of the ocean from the bench seat is spectacular. The unit is within walking distance to the beach, pool and recreational activities. It is always fun to stay at 1311 Shipwatch in Amelia Island.

This unit is our home away from home. We enjoy it immensely. We look forward to our time there and find it hard to leave.

Thank you for following up Ashley and making chec- in very easy. This property is really amazing! Everything is super clean, and it was more intimate than a lot of condos we’ve stayed in… I guess that’s why they call it Shipwatch villas! Surrounding areas were beautiful, restaurants downtown are so much fun to go to and the food is lovely… Would definitely come back with my grown children. See you next season. Definitely my home away from home… As soon as you walk in this condo, the view is amazing! Well stocked, spacious enough for the three of us and then some… Beach was fantastic. Was never crowded… better than expected… Nearby restaurants were great we particular particularly like “the patio” … Will be back…

The condo was spectacular. We felt like we were home. Miller Rentals was phenomenal. They kept us informed of ongoing maintenance in the building, provided us with great dining tips and made our stay problem-free. Thanks again to great owners and their rental agent.
