Terms And Conditions:
- Please note, some of the bedrooms in this home are designed to accommodate children, it does not accommodate 14 adults. This home sleeps 6 adults, the rest are bedrooms for designed for children 16 and under.
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm
- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- Please note this home does not provide access to a garage.
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- Tax is not included in nightly rates
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
- Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
- The complimentary BBQ grill and fire pit are provided free of charge. The Property Manager and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guest's responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue and replenish Propane for the BBQ as required.
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
- This property has exterior security cameras.
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
- This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in-between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
- We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

The home was very nice. Great location near Disney World. A lot of various restaurants and shops nearby. We loved the heated pool and arcade. Great place to stay!

Everything was as advertised! Overall, the pool area was beautiful, as was the house. Very spacious. We had to call support to turn on the heat for the pool and hot tub. Support was very responsive and the cost was very reasonable! Very close to Orlando and Tampa, we visited both cities during our stay and both were less than an hour drive. Overall, would be happy to stay again and recommend to my family and friends!

We use Airbnb often for our family getaways! But I must say this was the 2nd time the house was exactly like the photos which was awesome. Amenities were great and we enjoyed our first time in Orlando.

First time in a small home we really missed not having a movie room but at the same time it was like being at home so we still enjoyed our stay. I Have stayed at the Reunion Resort for 10 years now in 10 different homes all of them was Beautiful. Just love Reunion. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. The home does have a 150" motorized projector screen in the living room with surround sounds for a move room experience, so we hope you were able to enjoy it. We look forward to you returning. FVH

Thank you so much for the hospitality and quick responses to questions we had prior to arrival. The house worked out great for our young children, as there were lots of fun activities and games throughout. They kept calling it the 'game house'! The big projector screen TV was really nice to watch in the evening, as we were winding down for the day. Reunion is a safe and conveniently located community close to all the local Theme Parks, and we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you again!
