This 3 bed 2.5 bath 2,000 sq. ft. Villa is located within the Homestead community of Reunion Resort. Also, it is only 550 yards away from the Reunion Grande in the heart of the resort.
This fabulous Single-level screened pool home is in a great location, opposite the first hole of the Tom Watson course and within a short walking distance of the Reunion Grande. This home features decor that is modern and sophisticated. Cool muted colors and chic accents add to the ambiance. This Villa has been furnished to an extremely high standard.
The gorgeous, contemporary living area has marble flooring throughout and is spacious and comfortable, with upgraded ceiling fans and stylish window treatments. There is also a separate dining area for 6 and a fully functional kitchen which is very well equipped, with new stainless steel appliances. There is also additional seating for 4 in the kitchen area.
Outside you will find a large private screened south-facing pool and spa area complete with a pool safety fence, Chaise lounges, and patio table chairs. Relax after a swim or gather around the table for more fun in the sun.
All three bedrooms have cable TV and DVD players. The master king bedroom also has a desk and an en suite bathroom complete with dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a separate tub.

Terms and Conditions
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm
- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
- Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
- We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
- This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
- Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.

Reunion Resort is a great destination. With a private pool and plenty of space for our family, this proved to be a perfect place for us, especially as the rental comes complete with access to all the resort's amenities!

The house was very clean and we can enjoy all Reunion resort's amenities. The pool at Seven Eagkes is olympic size and heated at 87. Perfect for a golf trip where we can be far from Interstate 4 trafic jam ! On the other hand, It would be appreciated if you can leave a minimum. Per exemple, every group as to buy 100 cofee filters for a week because there is nothing in the pantry. Not even salt and peper from previous travellers. Still its a 5 stars for us.

We stayed for a week. It was a very beautiful cozy home. Everything you needed was available in the home. The pool was just the right size. Nights were great , very quiet and enjoyable. This home and area were both perfect for a family or just a couple. We will definitely rent this place again .

Which is spacious and has both a private pool and hot tub. The surrounding resort also has additional amenities such as shuttles, other pools, dining and even a family water park. Definitely worth the money and we'd recommend it without hesitation

We just got home from the most fantastic vacation in Orlando! The house we rented in Reunion Resort FAR exceeded our expectations! It was spotless, bright, the private pool and sauna were much larger than than we’d anticipated. The Resort Amenities we’re first class. Renting through Florida Vacation Homes was the smartest decision we made! We will be booking with them again for our next vacation in February!
