This condominium is home to a spacious living room that includes a Queen pull-out sofa bed, 42-inch TV complete with a DVD player, a Cinema sound system, a Sony Playstation 3, and cable. One benefit to being a corner unit is the increase of light from the extra windows. Also in this condo is a fully functional kitchen that is equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is also a dining space adjoining the kitchen with seating for 6.
Large glass sliding doors are available to give you access to your own private terrace balcony with a table and seating for 4, the perfect place to enjoy a few along with breakfast or some evening drinks.
The master en-suite bedroom is furnished with a King bed with pillow-top mattresses, a 32-inch TV complete with a DVD and cable, a roomy walk-in closet, an electronic safe, and a large en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom has dual sinks, a bathtub, and a separate walk-in shower. Inside the second bedroom, there is a Queen bed. It also is outfitted with a 27-inch cable TV with a DVD player, a roomy closet, and an en-suite bathroom. The third room is furnished with 2 lush full beds, a 27-inch cable TV with a DVD player, a roomy closet, and a connecting family bathroom.

- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
- Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.

This is our 3rd time staying with you guys. Once in February for my birthday, May for family trip and then September for my husband birthday. As always the location is clean and beautiful! Have no complaints what so ever. We highly recommend it!

This is my 3rd year staying at Reunion. I enjoy all the amenities and they wide selection of properties to choose from. As long as my parents keep going to Orlando every winter, I will continue to stay at Reunion when I visit them and use Reunion Vacation Homes to rent the property. I find the prices more reasonable and the website more informational then going directly through Reunion Resort.
