Located in the upscale Reunion Resort community of Center Court Ridge, (Building B). This second floor, three-bed, three-bath, 1,700 sq. ft. condo is in a great location. The centrally-located community is made up of a children's playground. It is also just a short walk away from the Seven Eagles pool and “The Cove” bar and grille. Also, close by are the Reunion Grande hotel and clubhouse with their selection of restaurants and bars.
This truly is a luxurious condominium, a corner unit with the benefit of additional windows. The spacious living room and dining area have been furnished to an extremely high standard featuring upgraded ceiling fans. There is a large SMART TV complete with a Xbox Series X and PS5 with controllers and games. There is also a fully functional kitchen which is very well equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The separate dining area has a beautiful dining table with seating for 6.

Terms and Conditions
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm
- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
- Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
- We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

Great Vacation Property!

The rental property was great. There was tons of space and everything looked exactly like the pictures. It was also located in a perfect area. We were walking distance from the waterpark and clubhouse. There was also a pool and tennis court in the same area as well. There was so much to do that we just stayed on the property and would venture off to the restaurants located right outside of the resort. We will definitely be back and look forward to booking with you again. The 4th of July party and event was an added bonus with a great fireworks display.

This property included everything. It has tennis courts, pickleball, many swimming pools, rent bikes, fitness center. We were able to visit Epcot for a day. We used Lyft, which cost $25 to $35 to and from Epcot. This was a great place to stay and close to everything. We would stay here again.

We had the best vacation at your property. We loved the unit, it had everything we needed. It was very clean, comfortable, had all the amenities. The Reunion resort itself is beautiful. We loved the pools and waterpark. We would 100% recommend this property and unit and hope to come back and visit soon! Thank you for a great stay!
