Located in the upscale Reunion Resort community, The Villas North overlooks The Independence golf course by Tom Watson and is just a short walk from the Villas North splash pad and pool. The Villas North has a quick resort entrance making it one of the closest properties on the resort to the theme parks.
With no expense spared during the complete remodel completed in February 2015, this truly is a luxurious three-bedroom condominium. The spacious living room and dining area have been furnished to an extremely high standard to give it a modern yet rustic feel. A Queen sleeper sofa and 55-inch wall-mounted TV complete with cable and Blu-Ray player are highlights of the room. The condo also features a Sony PlayStation 4 to keep everyone entertained! The fully functional kitchen is very well equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area has a beautiful dining table with seating for six and two bar stools make great seating for the kids.
Large sliding patio doors lead out to your terrace balcony with two sun loungers and a table with seating for four. It is the perfect spot for taking in the beautiful views, and sounds whilst enjoying breakfast, or evening drinks!
The master en-suite bedroom has a luxury King bed and a 40-wall-mounted screen TV. There is a walk-in closet and a large en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a walk-in separate shower. You will also have access to the balcony from the master suite.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a pillow-top mattress, a wall-mounted TV, and a ceiling fan. There is also a large closet and an en-suite bathroom.
The third bedroom has two Full beds and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with a Blu-Ray player. This bedroom also has a ceiling fan, a large closet, and an en-suite bathroom.
Complimentary high-speed wireless internet access is also available throughout the condo, and all TVs have cable. Families with small children will enjoy complimentary use of a stroller, pack-n-play, and high chair. Terms And Conditions:
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm
- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
- Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
- We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

Great Resort! Convenient access to Orlando parks!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Reunion and were please with the service we received from Florida Vacation Homes. The condo was as pictured with convenient access to the main road. Our drive each day to the Disney parks was approximately 20 minutes or less. Downside is there is no pool immediately on that section of Reunion but otherwise we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would choose Reunion again!

We were thoroughly happy with the cleanliness and comfort of our rental. The condo was as described and pictured with a lovely golf course view. Quick access to the main road meant our daily drive to the parks were generally less than 20 minutes in late July. Because we had park days planned each day of our stay, we did not take advantage of the resort amenities, however we drove through Reunion and found it to be well maintained. There is no pool in this section of condo, so if that is a deal breaker (which it wasn’t for us, we were too exhausted to do anything besides the parks each day), check a different area of Reunion. This is a second floor unit and we did hear movement of the guests staying above us. Also, no fault of the condo or management can company, this area was undergoing exterior maintenance which was quite noisy for several days of our visit. I don’t know if this can be inquired about, but might be worth checking in advance. Otherwise, we were pleased with the rental and Florida Vacation Homes. Especially the customer service representative who assisted us when we got locked out during check-out!

This is my second time staying at one of Reunion Vacation units and I must say; I was very pleased with our stay. The space was more than enough !!!!! Everything was sanitized and cleaned , we wasn’t lacking anything !!!! The location was perfect as well. I just wished they had more locations in different states.... I would highly recommend Reunion Vacation Rentals to anyone who is looking for space, clean environment, high quality services and great prices.

Everything perfect. For us, Reunion has everything we need for a Vacation. It is very close to Disney, the units are comfortable and Reunion Resort is a very beautiful and wonderful place. Its location is very good, beautiful views, and have everything for our comfort, including goods TVs and a brand new video game. Thanksgiving vacation with Kids that are now in college that met with us in vacation.
