All of this is ideally located to some of Orlando’s best attractions, shops, and restaurants – and just 6 miles to Disney World! This 1,630 sq ft ground floor condo is located close to the center of Reunion offering convenience and luxury in a peaceful landscaped setting.
This luxurious three-bedroom condominium has a spacious living room. All of the floorings have been replaced with beautiful light wood. There is a 60-inch Smart 4K TV complete with a soundbar and PlayStation 4 Games Console. There is also a fully functional kitchen which is very well equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The separate dining area has a beautiful dining table with seating for 6. Guests staying in this condo will enjoy luxury and comfort. Large sliding patio doors lead out to your own porch with a table and seating for 4 where you can enjoy breakfast and evening drinks.

Terms And Conditions:
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm
- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
- Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
- We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The unit was as advertised. Living spaces and bedrooms were spacious and nicely appointed. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and relaxing with a view of the beautiful Reunion Property. Rental Agency was easy to work with.

Everybody was super friendly. We had an incident with the safe and they helped us quickly. The accommodations are comfy and clean. Location is great with Publix and take out near by. Convenient to Disney and other attractions. We will be booking this condo again soon.

It was a great experience and we hope to be back next year! lots of choices, easy check in, close to attractions, well-priced. very roomy, good location, lots of amenities. I was able to find all of the units available for what I needed. With the exception of my GPS being 1/2 block away and then someone directing me to the main hotel in error, the check in experience was fine. We had a long drive so we checked out relatively early (for us). It was convenient that there was no key to return and we could just leave the unit when we were finished. I should have reviewed where we were going a little more since this was the first time I had been here, but once we arrived and checked in, all was good. Very roomy all appliances worked well. there were stains on some of the linens, but not a big issue. the beds were so comfortable. I usually miss my own bed, but not this time.

Really nice condo. Cool, clean and modern. Our only small complaint was that the lighting was bit dim which was easily fixed by buying some more powerful light bulbs and moving a lamp.
