Terms And Conditions:
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm
- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
- Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
- We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

Blended Family getaway

I would like to say, the entire property is beautiful. The back yard of this unit has a beautiful magnolia tree- my favorite. The scenery was so pretty we used It to take some senior portraits during our stay. There were 6 of us, plenty of space for everyone. The amenities, though we didn't have time to use them, were plentiful. The rooms were clean and I love that the unit has a washer and dryer, I didn't have to do laundry when we got home, because I was able to do It there! The stay was exactly what our blended family needed.

Bedrooms were spacious, AC was nice after running around in FL humidity/heat. Kitchen and dining area were big enough for our family. Would have been nice to have a few more trash bags. Other than that minor issue, we would stay again.

We usually go to the beach for spring break, but this year we decided to go to Orlando. I was very hesitant about not staying somewhere on the beach with an ocean view, but as soon as I walked into this condo, I fell in love! This corner unit provided so much natural light, and the nature preserve that greeted us as we looked out the back was so peaceful and beautiful! This condo was extremely clean, and way bigger than I was expecting. The pictures don't do it justice, which was a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect for our family. We were able to get to many places within 15 minutes, such as Disney, restaurants, grocery stores, Starbucks, etc. The Walmart was perfect for purchasing groceries, condo supplies, Disney attire and souvenirs at a much more affordable price. We were exhausted our first night and decided to order dinner on DoorDash, and there were a lot of options. Cocoa Beach was about 1.5 hours away if you're looking to do a beach day. There's nothing like your own bed, however, I slept like a baby during our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable. I also liked how the primary was separated from the other 2 bedrooms, which provided some privacy and distance from our kiddos. Each bedroom having it's own bathroom was such a plus, too! The waterpark!! Holy smokes, it was amazing! It was a 5 minute walk from the condo to the waterpark. There were plenty of chairs, yummy drinks and food to munch on. The lazy river and a huge splash pad were incredible!
We had a wonderful time and we will definitely return.
