- While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
- Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.
- BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.

FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights)
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

Beautiful home! The house sits on a water channel that has a boat lift and small dock. The home is perfect for several people to enjoy fishing, pool time or just relaxing on the lanai. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to. Easy check-in and checkout instructions by the rental property. All questions messaged to the rental mangers were quickly answered, very helpful and kind. I would definitely rent this home again!

The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the pool and lanai area. I definitely recommend, and I would love to stay here again!

Our vacation began with unexpected news about seawall repairs in front of the house, but despite this, our experience was wonderful thanks to the proactive and caring approach of Jessica Tucker and Steve Fleury.
