FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights)
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

Very nice condo. At first I thought the road noise would be bothersome but it was not. The beach and access to Siesta Key was easy. Very walkable.

Very good location, easy check in and out, plenty of beach stuff, and we had a nice stay. The unit shows it's age and the carpets need to go as the place is fully carpeted from the moment you enter the unit and appears hard to keep clean. King bedroom facing bridge and you can hear bridge traffic.

This is a great place to stay while visiting Sarasota. It offers the convenience of being close to the beach and nearby restaurants, as well as the safety and privacy that one looks forward to when traveling. We will definitely be staying at this place in the future.

The Anchorage was perfect! From the well-appointed condo to the excellent amenities, everything exceeded our expectations. The owners and staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend for a wonderful getaway!

Location was perfect, short walk across the street to public beach. The condo was perfect for our party of 6. It had everything we needed as well as beach toys for our use. The pool was absolutely perfect. Easy to get around the town or out of town. Would definitely recommend this unit or other units at this location.
