Private Outdoor Space: Gas grill, pizza oven, tropical landscaping, and peaceful canal views. A screened porch at the back of the house offers comfort for relaxing Florida Keys evenings.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with a drip-style coffee maker.
Entertainment Highlight: Indoor theater room, complete with a bar equipped with a wine cooler. TVs in both the master upstairs bedroom 2, all have either cable boxes or stream your favorite show.

1st Level of the Split-Level Home:
On the ground floor, accessible solely from the pool area, discover a separate space ideal for extended families or groups seeking privacy. This level features its own indoor bar and theater room, just steps away from the pool an irresistible spot you won t want to leave. Additionally, find a bedroom with 2 Queen-sized beds and a full bathroom on this level.
Outdoor Oasis:
Angler and Ale boasts a sizable private pool and a personal dock with 60 of space. Perfectly situated, this home caters to beach lovers and boating enthusiasts alike, allowing for quick access to the open ocean. Fishermen will appreciate the amenities like the commercial ice maker, bait freezer, and fish cleaning table. With ample parking space including room for multiple cars and a boat trailer, convenience is ensured for all guests.
2nd Level of the Split-Level Home:
The primary level of this home, situated on the 2nd floor, presents a spacious great room with ample seating for everyone s enjoyment. On one side of the great room lies the Master Suite, boasting a King-sized bed and a generous soaking tub within the en-suite bathroom. On the opposite side, you ll find two guest rooms one with a Queen-sized bed and the other with two Full-sized beds. A screened porch at the rear of the house ensures comfort during balmy Florida Keys evenings.
Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.
Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.
If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.
This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.
Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.

We loved the location of this property and were happy that we chose this house for our stay. The area is peaceful and private and had everything we needed for a great stay. It was an easy walk to the beach and the dock was perfect for our boat.

This big house accommodated our 4-family group perfectly! Spacious bedrooms, big dining table, multiple bathrooms, and a huge kitchen. The pool was awesome and even serviced during our stay. The screened porch was great for meals and relaxing, and we enjoyed the ping pong table too. Just a 5-minute walk to Sombrero Beach and close to groceries and restaurants. I would definitely stay here or at another Coco Plum property again!

Wonderful stay in Marathon! Great house, fantastic location, close to the beach and Publix. The kitchen is well-stocked with plenty of great dishes and cookware. Kids loved the pool. The completely separate downstairs space was perfect for remote work. We especially enjoyed the upstairs screened porch. Bahia Honda State Park is just 20 minutes away and a must-visit. Highly recommend Burdine?s restaurant. Marathon is a fantastic family vacation spot, and this house lets you fully enjoy everything it has to o
