Stunning beach view, very clean spacious condo, loved having the locker on the main floor for beach item storage, enough toiletries, detergent, etc for the week were provided, balcony was a little small but huge windows that were unobstructed by balcony railing provided the best views

We were looking for a condo on the beach and this one more than met our requirements. The whole experience from check in to check out went well, and the condo was gorgeous, well equipped and clean!!Our only complaint, which was out of their control, was an inconsiderate family in the condo next to ours, who ignored rules about late night noise. The complex was safe, clean, and well maintained. The parking garage was convenient although tall trucks should look elsewhere! The restaurant on site was wonderful, as was the poolside bar. The beach was gorgeous! We would go again!!

This was my second time staying in this condo, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The location is perfect - close enough to shopping and dining, yet tucked away enough to relax. The views are spectacular, especially at sunrise and sunset. Beautifully decorated and had everything I needed.

Communication with Breathe Easy is always GREAT! This is the 3rd year we have rented this exact condo. This unit is exactly as it describes and we have never had issues with anything. Views are amazing. Beds are comfortable. Will continue to book with Breathe Easy and this condo!!

We've been coming to Destin for over 25 years. This was one of the best trips we've had! Breath Easy rentals, was the best company we've had the pleasure of working with! Communication was expedient, every time! We were so surprised by the things that were provided! We have stayed in this resort before, but never this building. This unit and building, are now are favorite! We will definitely be using them in the future! I'm very particular about cleanliness, and this unit was spotless! We loved the easy proximity to the beach and the pool as well. Even the text to check in and make sure we had all we needed was a bonus! Fantastic company, fantastic rental...couldn't have asked for more! So grateful!

I have stayed at Tops’l Beach Manor for years. This was my first time in this condo, and I will definitely be returning. Stunning views, beautifully decorated condo, very clean, and great accessible management who checked in.

This condo is amazing! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook when we needed to. Dishes, glasses, pots & pans, and baking sheets. Even small things such as measuring cups and spatulas were available. The living room is spacious and we had plenty of room to play games and puzzles in the evenings. Plenty of seating. The bathrooms were nice. The bedrooms were comfy and had plenty of closet space. The property was clean and is beautifully decorated. The main star is the view of the gulf, which is stunning. Even the resort itself is safe, clean and well maintained. The amenities such as locker, pool, gym were nice. Overall, it was a great experience to rent and we hope to be back again soon.
