WELL-STOCKED FOR YOUR STAY
The Canal House is thoughtfully equipped so guests can settle in and start enjoying their vacation. The kitchen includes basic cooking essentials such as salt, pepper, and everyday kitchen necessities, along with a Keurig coffee maker. Guests also have beach/pool towels and many of the everyday conveniences you d expect from a comfortable vacation home.

Pool Heater Charges and Information:
- Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX.
- Pool size is 23 x 19 x 5 deep.
- Please note that our pools are serviced weekly.
BBQ:
- There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.
- While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
- Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.
- BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.
Dog-Friendly Home (+$)
- This is a dog-friendly home.
- There is an additional $250 plus tax nonrefundable fee.
- There is a two-dog limit.
- Dog(s) must be disclosed, and the additional fee must be paid before arrival.
Parking:
- Two Car Garage + Two Cars in Driveway
- Please return the garage opener on the kitchen counter upon departure, or we will charge $150 to replace it.
- No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines. There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site.

FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS:

- We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
- Balance is due 60 days before arrival.
- If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
- If canceled between 61 and 89 days before arrival, we keep the $1,500.00 deposit.
- No cancellation or modification is allowed 60 days or less before arrival.

we will be coming back!! this house was even better than expected. the host is extremely accommodating and responsive . we absolutely loved this house , it came nicely stocked. pool toys, bikes, chairs. they even had pizza, drinks and ice pops in the fridge for a little something right when we arrived.the location is really nice but also private. great for anyone who loves to fish. lastly, the checkout resposnibilities were very little. I was shocked how much they didn't make you clean up versus other airbn

Just as pictured. Conveniently located and felt just like home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything from spices to utensils. We really enjoyed the pool and back patio in the evenings. Thousands of bats come out of the bridge in the evenings and it was so cool to watch. Highly recommend making the drive down to Gasparilla Island for a day. Fin sushi was AMAZING. The Pier restaurant was also really good. If you have little ones, the water park in Cape Coral was a great pit stop as well.

This is a beautiful house! It has a great location on a T of the canal so you can see a lot of cool boat traffic. Very close to Fisherman's Village and their shops and restaurants. The swimming pool is salt water and pretty large for a house, was very nice. Great view of the water from the pool. Everything on the inside was as advertised and worked perfect. We did a lot of grilling.

Absolutely beautiful home. very private and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. This is an awesome home, definitely will return. The only thing I didn't like was the dog hair as I cleaned homes for 40 years. Thank you for the great week of relaxation.

This is a great house, located right on the canal. Short bike ride or walk to many restaurants and activities. The pool was a huge bonus!! The place was very clean and looked just like the photos. We'd definitely stay here again!
