We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.

My fiancé, brother and sister in law and in laws all stayed here for 2 weeks and it was amazing! Every bedroom had its own en suite which was excellent. The house was well equipped with everything we needed, the bikes and kayaks were a great addition. The bike ride to Fisherman's village was under 10 minutes. Home is very, very spacious, fitted with everything you need to keep your family fed and entertained, 4 bathrooms, 3 living areas, pool and canal are just lovely. Home is very well appointed, stunning decorations, very Florida! Centrally located to everything, Fishermans Village, town and lots of places to eat. Shopping in a lot of close areas. We had a wonderful family vacation.
