Within walking distance to the popular Siesta Key Village, Cloud Nine is just one block off the beautiful beach as well. Load up the beach cart, 4 chairs and umbrella (all included) and choose between public beach access #7 or #8. “Where is my easy button?” asked Pinkie Flamingo. As a curator of vacation rental properties all along Florida’s Gulf Coast, Pinkie knew a winner when she saw one. “This is adorable!” The private outdoor area adds to the charm, furnished with a picnic table, fire pit, conversation seating and a propane gas grill. Festive string lights set the mood for a relaxing evening under the stars.

Consistently ranked in the top beaches in America, Siesta Key enjoys a year-round appeal with everything a tourist might want close at hand…shopping, dining, beaches and fun! Siesta Key achieves its lofty position in the beach rankings among some fierce competition. While no beach can ever be considered a bad beach…(I mean it’s a beach right?) This 8-mile barrier island delivers on every level imaginable! Public beach access points are frequent including the large Siesta Key Park, with dining, restroom facilities, lifeguards and lots of parking. “This is as world-class as it gets!” says Pinkie, who can often be spotted soaking up the sun on a sunny afternoon. A total beach snob of sorts, Pinkie is quick to highlight the exceptionally fine snow-white crunchy sand and wide walkable beaches. With a shallow shelf that extends far out in the Gulf, the turquoise sparkling water is almost always the right temperature for a dip. A free trolley carries patrons up and down the island…often with the ultimate destination of Siesta Key Village. The heart and soul of the island, “The Village” is the hub of activity with beach bars, restaurants and touristy shops..all within easy walking distance of this property.

Cloud Nine did not disappoint us! We stayed here last Christmas too. The cottage was immaculate. There were plenty of supplies on hand and we especially enjoyed the many bath towels available. There is plenty of living space both indoor and outdoor and the location to the beach cannot be beat! We look forward to future stays here.

My husband and I spent a very Merry Christmas in Siesta Shores Cottage #9. The cottage was very clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable and we loved having so many fluffy towels available. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. My husband made a fabulous pork roast dinner for us on Christmas Day. The easy access to the beach and the Village cannot be beat. We would definitely want to stay there again.

This is a newly remodeled beach cottage on Siesta Key. The location cannot be beat with the beach just across the street and the Village only a short walk away. Park your car and leave it. The furniture and accessories are all new and very comfortable. There is also a great outdoor space with a BBQ grill. For those who like to eat in, the place settings and cutlery are all new and plentiful, and the kitchen appliances are new and work well. This is a small cottage, but we spent 10 days there in July 2025. Beach chairs, etc. are provided for 4 people. Communication was quick and easy, and Pinkie Flamingo was very helpful and accommodating. This unit offers a very peaceful and comfortable respite.

Loved the location! Easy walk to the beach. The beach chairs, wagon, and beach towels were excellent. The inside of flamingo #9 was clean and easy on the eye. Everything was stylish. Kitchen was stocked well for cooking. Although you will need all spices, cooking sprays, etc. ice maker in freezer was slow so we did have to buy ice. Only downfall was there were only 2 bath towels which wasn't enough for our family of 4 especially since girls need one for body and another for hair. We were there a short time so I didn't message the owner and ask for more. Another mirror so multiple ppl can get ready at the same time and a full length mirror would be nice touches as well. Overall I give the place and ease of booking a 10/10. Would stay here again :)
