What Makes Coastal Cottage Different
Most Maravilla stays are condos. Coastal Cottage is a standalone single-story house, so there are no elevators, no shared hallways, and no stairs to haul bags up. You park in your own driveway, walk in on one level, and still get the gated community, the resort pools, and the private deeded beach. A strong fit for annual family trips, snowbirds, and grandparents.
