No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines.
There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site.
BBQ:
- There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.
- While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
- Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.
- BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.

FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights)
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

We loved our time at this house! Global Vacations staff were excellent - so helpful, incredibly on time with communication and requests. Can't say enough about our time at this house and experience with Global Vacations!! I would go directly through them in renting the place - if going through Airbnb the cancellation policy lists 48 hours which does not work for most folks in the many uncertainties of life. We had an amazing stay over the thanksgiving holiday, with family local we had everything we needed in the home to cook the big meal! Beautiful home, with amazing amenities and a beautiful view of the canal which leads directly out to the Charlotte Harbor. If your going to stay you have to visit Fisherman's Village and for the best beach in the state go visit the little island of Boca Grande! This was a prime location for us and the hosts were great!
