WE HAVE TRAVELED TO THE SARASOTA AREA SEVERAL TIMES. THIS UNIT IS VERY CONVENIENT TO THE BRIDGE ACCESS, RESTAURANTS, AND DETWILERS!!! THE BEDS ARE VERY COMFORTABLE AND THE UNIT IS SPACIOUS ENOUGH FOR 4-6 PEOPLE. NICE LARGE POOL TO HANG OUT WHEN YOU DON'T WANT TO GO ACROSS THE STREET TO THE BEACH. THEY ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF RENOVATIONS OF THE POOL HOUSE AND BUILDING PAINT JOB RIGHT NOW - BUT WERE VERY ACCOMODATING. WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!

I and my husband liked your property very much. It is very spacious and has all essentials we wish.We enjoyed our dinner on the balcony with beautiful view. The location of the property is very good too - a short walk to the private access to the beach.We hope to come back next year.

We had a very efficient experience renting through Pinkie Famingo. The condo Esquina Paraiso was just perfect for our 3 week stay. Very nicely appointed with comfortable beds and more than enough everything else.

Had a great time in Siesta Key. The condo was spacious and clean. The condo had all the amenities needed. The wagon and beach chairs were a great plus. Pinkie and her group were always available when needed. We are looking forward to next year.
