NOTE: The Indigo Reef resort has strict rules regarding the maximum number of vehicles per unit, and no trailers are allowed on site. See below for trailer parking options.

1st Level of the Home:
This unit is beautifully designed, offering views of the Gulf of Mexico and the islands of the Florida Keys from its deck. Inside, you ll discover a fully equipped, modern kitchen featuring ample granite countertop space and new stainless steel appliances. The elegant living room is furnished with two chairs, a large sofa, and a sizable flat-screen TV. Additionally, there s an extra-large dining area with a table and seating for six, as well as a convenient guest bath on the first level.
2nd Level of the Home:
On the second level, the Master Suite is equipped with a King-sized bed and includes a private ensuite bathroom. The suite opens onto a spacious balcony overlooking the water. Also on this level are two more bedrooms: a Queen Suite with a Queen-sized bed, and a Twin room with two Twin-sized beds. Additionally, there is a guest bathroom for convenience, as well as a closet with a Washer and Dryer. Please be aware that the Twin bedroom does not have cable TV.
PARKING

BOATS TRAILERS
- If you are bringing a boat you will want to make storage arrangements prior to arrival with one of the local companies.

This is a storage option and located directly across the street from the Indigo Reef Community. Please call for pricing and make arrangements ahead of arrival.

This is a trailer park option with a vacant lot located at the end of 69th Street. Pricing is $100 per week or $200 per month.
Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.
Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.
This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate cats. This property has a limit of 1 pet maximum.
Special Reminder: This property has exterior video cameras.
The Indigo Reef HOA requires all vehicles and boats to be registered with their office in order to park on site. The current cost for vehicle parking passes are $10 per pass (maximum of 2 per villa), and $25 per boat pass. Please include your vehicle boat counts when making the reservation. Guests are responsible to replace lost or damaged passes. Please reach out to our office if you need to make any adjustments to your pass requests.

We had a wonderful experience at Indigo Reef enjoying the water views from both covered decks. The boat docks and slips were a major plus in what we were looking for as we spent the days on the water. Sunset view was spectacular from our cottage and the living space was large and comfortable. Hoping to come back next year- if not sooner.

Perfect location, tropical feel, secluded and quiet. Gorgeous pool and grounds to stroll. Spacious, comfortable unit with a loaded kitchen, huge fridge, in-unit laundry, and ample beach towels?exceeding expectations. Easy entry and responsive management made the stay seamless. Stunning sunsets, large decks, and covered parking added to the experience. Our family had a wonderful time and hopes to return soon!

Lovely place, great property, and it was as advertised. Coco plum was very responsive. Marathon is an excellent location to see the entire Florida Keys. The swimming pool is excellent, and we saw quite a bit of wildlife on the property - manatees, pelican, egrets, iguanas. We highly recommend this property and we would love to stay here again!

We have been renting at Indigo for the opening week of lobster season for many years now because it is a beautiful location with easy access to the water with our boats and the town houses are beautiful and well maintained as well as the entire property. It was spacious and the checking in process was pleasant and courteous.
