Had a great week. Quiet area with great landscaping and beautiful big pool for swimming with grandkids! We have known Kelly and Jim for about 15 years and have rented from them (Coco Plum) numerous times. We have confidence in their professionalism and know that we will be well taken care of when we come to Marathon and rent from them.

Absolutely perfect location and home! Very clean, check-in was easy, fully equipped kitchen for cooking and the community is gorgeous. I?m ready to go back!

This is a really lovely home. Very spacious and comfortable. We easily found everything we needed to cook meals. The decks are great for happy hour, coffee, sunset and gulf views. We loved the location of the unit in proximity to the pool and boat dock plus how it?s tucked back off the main road. We could easily paddle board the area and spotted a torpoise in the channel and had a visit from a local manatee at the dock. Beautiful sunset views!!!

This is the first time we have stayed in the Keys, and we were very pleased with our accommodations! We couldn't have picked a better location, close to the pool and the docks. Although one bedroom is small, it worked fine for the six of us. It was soooo much better than staying at a hotel, and had everything we needed. We would definitely go through this company if we go back to the Keys. Loved it!

Our family had a wonderful time in this home. The sunset was unlike we have seen on any vacation, right from our back deck. We saw manatees in the marina, had kayaks delivered to the home from keykayak.com and went on a snorkeling trip with Captain Hook?s, which was right across the street! Our teens loved meeting other teens from across the country in the complex. Great place to bring kids, as it?s an active spot with great energy!

Very nice property conveniently located in community with easy access to boat slip. The home is beautiful. Home owner was available for any needs.
