Let me start by saying how upscale and super spacious the unit is. Jaw dropping. Made for an awesome stay for the family. Being right on the beach was a major plus along with the on-site workout room. Just a few things to be picky about for consideration. As coffee drinkers, it was good to hear that all units come with a coffee maker. The very small coffe maker was super cheap and didn't brew coffee well. Also, it was dirty internally. This leads to the food stains on the kitchen counters. It appeared wiped down, but just left that rush cleaning appearance that. We wiped down the counters well at the beginning of the stay. As we wanted to cook a bit on some of the days, we were put off by the serious chipping with most of the pans. Very bad condition. We used a sauce pan to make eggs as this was the best pan of the bunch. Replacing with cheap new pans would be my opinion as an inexpensive fix. Please don't let these constructive remarks take away from the fact that the unit decor and size were amazing.

fantastic vacation spot! I know a lot has to do with weather and water conditions but our home away from home for the week was fantastic! It's a beautiful location. It's a beautiful facility. kitchen was stocked with the basics. if I had to say anything negative about the actual facility, it would be trying to get out of the parking lot during peak season😩 and the only suggestion that I could make for our actual room would be adding a temporary closure to be able to give some privacy to that sofa, bed and bunk bed area. It's a perfect area, but by adding some type of temporary partition or blinds just to give them some extra privacy would make a world of difference… Especially when you've got kids trying to sleep in the bunk area and still lots of activity going on in the rest of the condo. Condo is huge! Corner unit was the best! Having the windows tinted and having the ability to bring down, the screens was perfect!

This condo was absolutely beautiful and had every single thing that we needed for our trip. The view was amazing, and the furniture in the condo was exactly what we needed due to the fact that I am disabled and need to prop my feet up a lot. I was able to do that in this condo with ease, and so appreciate the lounge couch and the seat In the shower. It was decorated beautifully, and we just had an amazing time with family. Thanks so much for making this convenient and wonderful and such a beautiful view for me and my family

Amazing condo!! Pictures do not even begin to describe how gorgeous this place really is. The views are just beautiful. They have thought of everything you need. Extremely clean and well taken care of. Super easy beach access. Parking was a breeze. Master suite is to die for with 2 huge walk in closets and a sauna. We will definitely book again.

A panoramic view of the ocean is the first thing you see when you walk through the door. The kitchen features are up to the minute including an induction stove top and all stainless steel appliances. The living room has floor to ceiling windows as does the sun room. A balcony with chairs and tables allows you to enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the waves which is so calming and serene. Each of the three bedrooms has their own full bath. The master bedroom has it's own balcony with table and chairs overlooking the ocean. The master bath includes double vanities, two walk in closets, jetted tub which has an ocean view,the toilet and bidet are in a separate room. This condo has to be over 3000 sf and is on the 14th floor. The nickname for this condo is Knee Deep In Destin. This was our best vacay ever. We enjoyed our time being inside the condo as much as being outside with the only exceptions being our fishing charter with IntraCoastal Experience with Captain Chuck Bonner and our ride out to Crab Island with Captain LW Burroughs who is the owner of IntraCoastal and our beach bonfire with Roger Einch who owns Emerald Coast Premier Rentals.
