Nice, quiet neighborhood. We felt right at home. The neighbors were super friendly and it was in close proximity to everything. Great host!

My family and I stayed at this property for 9 nights and would definitely stay here again. The property beat my expectations. We also brought a 20 ft boat with us and could not have been happier with our decision! The back patio was prepped and ready for a boat & fishermen. They had everything needed to properly store a boat for 9 days, the side of the dock even has cushion bumper post so we didn't have to worry about our boat getting scratched. The photos do not do this home justice! It was beautiful and breathtaking. Thank you cocoplum for having such an amazing rental property and being efficient when it came to hosting! We look forward to our next visit in marathon!

We absolutely LOVED this house. It was very clean and a nice little community. The best part was the easy access to both the Atlantic and the Gulf by boat. If you are looking for a place to dock your boat and go off shore, this place is it! We even fished right off the dock and caught quite a bit of mangrove snapper. Our kids had a blast. We saw a nurse shark, a manatee, and a spotted eagle ray at the dock. Super cool! I highly recommend this place. We’d love to stay here again next trip to the keys!
