**Majestic Sun is undergoing a scheduled exterior restoration project. Work affecting this condo is currently anticipated approximately September 22 through October 21, 2026. A separate 10th-floor walkway restoration phase is currently anticipated approximately January 19 through February 9, 2027. These dates are approximate and may shift due to weather, construction progress, or changes to the contractor s schedule.**

During affected dates, balcony access may be temporarily unavailable and guests may experience construction noise, dust, workers, equipment, or other temporary impacts around the building. Scheduled construction hours are generally 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Rates during the affected period have been significantly discounted to reflect the potential construction impact. Guests booking these dates acknowledge the ongoing restoration project and understand that additional refunds or compensation will not be provided for disclosed construction-related noise, balcony restrictions, or schedule changes.

We will continue updating this information as revised schedules are provided by the association.

A maximum of two parking passes are available. Trailers, oversized vehicles, and RVs are not permitted.

Good to Know Before You Book

• Minimum age: the primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must occupy the property for the duration of the reservation.
• Rental agreement: after booking, we will request your email address so we can send the Coastline Collections rental agreement. The agreement must be completed before arrival.
• Construction: Majestic Sun is undergoing an exterior restoration project. Work affecting this condo is currently anticipated approximately September 22 through October 21, 2026, but dates may change due to weather and construction progress. Balcony closures, construction noise, dust, workers, and equipment may be present during affected dates. Discounted construction-period rates already reflect these potential impacts, and additional construction-related refunds will not be provided for reservations booked after this disclosure was published.
• Rates and availability: rates, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice.
• Pet policy: this property does not allow pets. Unauthorized or undisclosed animals may result in additional cleaning charges and possible termination of the stay. This restriction does not apply to ADA-recognized service animals.
• Snowbirds: monthly winter stays may be available at discounted rates. Contact Coastline Collections for extended-stay pricing.

House Rules

• No smoking or vaping: smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the condo, on the balcony, and in other designated smoke-free areas. Evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning or damage charges.
• Beach towels: beach towels are not provided, so please bring your own or pick up a favorite locally.
• Parking: two parking passes are included, one for the private garage space and one for general resort parking. No additional passes are available.
• Wristbands: six wristbands are provided for community amenity access. Lost or damaged wristbands reported before check-out are charged at $10 each. Unreported missing wristbands discovered after departure are charged at $20 each.
• Quiet hours: Walton County quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties, excessive noise, and disruptive vehicles are not permitted.
