Work affecting this condo is currently anticipated approximately September 22 through October 21, 2026, and a separate 10th-floor walkway restoration phase is anticipated approximately January 19 through February 9, 2027. These dates are approximate and may shift due to weather or construction progress. During affected dates, balcony access may be temporarily unavailable, and guests may notice construction noise, dust, workers, or equipment around the building, generally 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Saturday. Rates during the affected period are significantly discounted to reflect the potential impact. Guests booking these dates acknowledge the project, and additional refunds will not be provided for disclosed construction-related noise, balcony restrictions, or schedule changes.
