What Makes 2213 Different
Building 2 sits directly on the Gulf, and 2213 is the top-corner unit with the oversized balcony closest to the water. No angled view, no partial sliver of ocean between buildings, the Gulf fills the balcony. Small dogs are welcome too, with no pet fee, a combination that is hard to find this close to the sand.

Steps Across Scenic Gulf Drive
Maravillas private, gated beach is a short walk through the deeded private beach access directly across Scenic Gulf Drive. Beach Service is included March through October: 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella set up daily on Maravillas private beach. Beach towels are not provided. A separate VayKLife vacation gear credit is also included for qualifying stays of 2 to 21 nights.

We love to stay at this condo and have a couple times now. The view is wonderful and the accessibility is great! Close to the pool and the beach, very clean and just feels like home away from home. They also provide a lot of great local information on things to do, restaurants, etc. look forward to staying again next year!
Our Once A Year Happy Place

WE have enjoyed a week in this condo beginning in this condo since 2012.We rented from the owners through 2020 and through Coastline since 2021. We are already reserved for a week in 2026. The condo in lovely with pool and ocean views. A couple of things I would like to mention that I think would be helpful are as follows: Since the condo has ample sleeping for 6, it would be nice to have at least two more balcony chairs Also, the kitchen faucet is extremely loose and the handle might come off with a renter. WE look forward to our 2026 visit ....more balcony chairs or not lol.

We always enjoy our beach stays. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook and mix drinks. My only recommendation would be to add a mattress topper to the king bed. It is extremely firm.

We loved this condo! We come to Maravilla every year, and this was our first stay in this condo. Very accessible and clean. Close to the beach and spacious with great views. We will definitely be booking again!
Let My Happy Place Be Your Happy Place

For 12 of the last 14 years (and those other two years were missed due to COVID and an AC that died just prior our planned vacation week), my wife and I have stayed in Maravilla Condo #2213. The unit has direct pool and ocean views, sleeps up to 6, is a end unit, and nicely furnished. My wife and I call it our happy place for one week a year and usually reserve that week for the next year while on our yearly trip. That leaves 51 weeks for everyone else Please give this condo a try. I am sure you will like it!!

Everything here was excellent from the location to cleanliness to communication with the owner. We had a wonderful week without any worries and loved being able to walk to some favorite locations. Enjoyed watching dolphins while drinking coffee on the balcony. Highly recommend!

Condo was described just how we expected. Very clean and a great location! We spent a lot of time in the condo due to bad weather, but the last day we finally got some sun! Everything works in the condo and we had no issues. Thanks for the relaxing vacation!

Pristine area, beach, resort, and unit with only one minor piece of clothing left behind from previous occupant which we removed. Never felt crowded. Private beach was beautiful and felt like a luxury with provided beach chairs and umbrella. Would love to return and spend more time. Recommend researching restaurants where locals go but personally recommend Donut Hole and Lulu's for breakfast and fish respectfully. Thank you for the quality time.
