We were skeptical of ground floor after our last beach rental. This one actually delivered. Threw the door open, kids ran straight to the pool, the dog was happy on the patio. Easiest beach week we ve had in years.

- A signed rental agreement acknowledging the pet policy is required before check-in
- Undisclosed pets may result in immediate eviction without refund, and the guest remains responsible for any cleaning or remediation costs

We had a great week! Amazing location for beach access and great food! The binder with all of the local places to eat and shop was very handy. It was great to have the essentials we needed when checking in to be able to start relaxing on the beach! Such a great getaway!

The inside was great and clean, the exterior is under renovation, which is understandable, so it is not so clean, but maintenance has to be done and the winter is the best time. It caused us no issue though. Hot tub was great and the location was great and we had a great time, except for the cold weather!!!!

The only thing we didn’t care for was the construction, but we knew about that ahead of time. The condo was nice and a great size. The pricing was also great. I’m so glad we stayed here and will come back to stay in the future.

We could not have picked a better place for our very first beach vacation!! The condo was PERFECT in every way. Any and everything you need is just minutes away and the private beach was a dream! We absolutely loved everything about this place! Perfect little spot for our family. We can't wait to come back next year!!

Very thoughtful of guests accommodations. Even had a new bottle of aloe gel for sunburns & the 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs & small cooler were extras that were useful. Family enjoyed tennis & pickleball also. Pool was a short walk. Loved the new appliances & furnishings

The property was very nice, clean and pet friendly! Plenty of amenities, two inground pools, outdoor grills, pickle ball, cornhole, basketball, and walking distance to the beach.
