This unit is a great place to spend the week. It is perfect for a couple or a small family. The unit is nicely updated, it has a great kitchen with just the right amount of dishes, utensils, and accessories you might need. We ate breakfast and lunch each day in the unit and we had everything you might need. If you are like us and want to go out to dinner each evening this is a great location for finding restaurants. We went everywhere from Okaloosa to Seaside, it was a nice drive each direction. We loved the convenient beach access and pools on the property. Nothing was very far away. It was wonderful to have the beach setup included, no chairs or umbrellas to lug around and the staff at the beach were very nice and easy to work with. I think you would really enjoy your stay here on this property.

Great stay. Great price. Unit was great and we had everything we needed. Our only issue was hair on the sheets the first night requiring us to wash the sheets.

This is our fourth time coming to Destin and this unit was my favorite. First and foremost, you can’t beat the location. You are right across the street from the beach and within walking distance to so many places. Other than location, beach service and a washer and drier are necessities for my family. This unit has it all. Not having to lug chairs and umbrellas to the beach every time is a game changer. The interior is beautifully decorated and included so many essentials to get us started (trash bags, laundry and dishwashing detergent, shampoo, soaps, makeup pads, k-cups, etc.) much more than any other place we have previously stayed. The beds were very comfortable. There were several games for rainy days which was thoughtful. Another added bonus were the bikes! I loved being able to watch the Gulf while enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony. We appreciated being able to bring our fur-baby with us on vacation. The complex even has a designated dog area with waste bags. The Coastline Condos staff was attentive and very quick to respond if we needed anything or had a question. 10/10. We loved everything about it and will definitely book here again when we come back next summer!

This is our second time staying in this unit. The condo was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend replacing the dryer as it is rusted out on the inside. Other than that it was perfect!

Maravilla is replacing the balconies and walkways, and painting all building. There is a lot of construction. The balcony was closed but it opened up during our stay. There is construction noise during the daytime, but the unit was surprisingly quiet.

We were very satisfied with our stay. There was construction going on but we still had a wonderful stay. At one point our balcony was supposed to be under construction but that got changed and we had our balcony to use. We were thankful for that! It would have been a disappointment not to have our balcony. All worked out! Very nice place. Thanks again!
