Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 4 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.
Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.
If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.
This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.

We spent 7 days here, Very peaceful and beautiful canal. We did rent a 22ft boat and use the dock to store for 3 days, this was a huge plus. No complaints

This is a great beautiful home right in the heart of marathon just a couple minutes from open water to the Atlantic or the gulf Waters we really enjoyed our stay caught plenty of fish and had an amazing time. Beautiful little house. I would recommend it to anyone anytime. our host was very friendly and very helpful with everything. I will definitely be coming back again next summer. Thank you for hosting us. We had an amazing time.

Communication was great, property was super clean, beds were really nice and not saggy at all. Fans did not click- bonus in Florida! Had great fishing off the dock, strong current in there though! The outside space was nice and although no covered porch it was shady in the afternoon which was perfect. Great location.

The outdoor space was lovely, inside was small and the floor slopes, but it was very clean and inviting.

I?ll miss having a canal in the back yard, they have a very nice kayak to explore on, the paddle board needs love. I put a new fin on the back but you?ll need a leash. This property is great for 4 or less people. We paid $4,000 for 2 weeks. It?s hard to know what to say on value: some people like a stiff mattress. Sunrise was beautiful & location was great, neighbors were awesome. The AC was cold and the shower was nice ????
