Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AMEarly or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
No smoking / No pets
By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
20% deposit due at time of booking
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)

Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

We loved the ease of searching, creating the reservation, and the responsiveness while we were there. We are on vacation and appreciate how you handle the departure, not having us work through the cleanup of the house on our final day. Will use again when in Florida

It was quiet around the rental property for the majority of our stay. It was in close proximity to all Disney parks. Nice place to stay overall.

Stayed here for 2 weeks! This property is on a dead end street and is In walking distance to the clubhouse. It was clean and comfortable. Our questions were answered immediately. Check in and check out was quick and easy. We had an issue with our keypad and it was fixed immediately. I would stay here again! My only suggestion is to leave an instruction booklet for the TV. It was definately a learning curve. Alarm clocks in the bedroom would be great too! We had a blast!

This was a great place in a gated community a short drive from Disney. The price for the condo is a much better deal than I could find on Disney property or hotels nearby.
