Beautiful Home

We stayed in this beautiful home for a week. The home was clean. Love the layout of the home and the paging system was a nice surprise, especially for this large house. 2 washrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Pool alarms on all doors entering the pool patio was a great idea especially when traveling with kids. Hubby enjoyed the pool table. The kitchen had all the appliances you can think off and to our surprise 2 refrigerators. Just a couple of concerns…WI-FI was basically nonexistent. The TV's had several remotes in the living room but it was hard to figure out how to get them on. Would be nice to have instructions on how to use the TV's. Not sure why there were so many remotes. The game room was set up nice but once again, we tried to use the gaming systems they have provided, but WI-FI was a problem. We figured out how to get the TV on in the theater room, but encountered lots of buffering while trying to do movie night with the family. We had access to the property waterpark which was extremely fun. Only downside is the parking lot is too far away. Nevertheless we had a great time as our week was jammed pack every day with the theme parks. Would definitely come back to this resort!

I'll start off by saying the Reunion team was communicative throughout our stay. However, we had several issues during the week we stayed at Legends Palmer. The primary bedroom shower did not produce hot water. A plumber did come but parts were not able to be ordered in time for our stay. We did receive a little compensation back for this inconvenience. We started off with very few towels, which we did expect. However, the dryers were both broken and needed to be repaired, which they were eventually but still, another inconvenience. What I was also disappointed in was the amenities in the house, especially the WiFi and entertainment systems. The house needs more WiFi extenders because the theater room was totally unusable. The tvs were not up to date either. The house is nice but it's not amazing for the price you pay. It's very basic and you can tell that there's not a lot of thought put into creating a nice stay for guests. Again, I just expected more for what you pay. Other than space, I'm not sure what else you're really paying for.

nice resort, nice house. negative...very bed wifi......poor service....we arrived late, no mineral water, nothing in the fridge...only 1 tower per person....we had to order additional tower for pool etc...

The home was very nice. My family enjoyed ourselves so much. Chilling in the Pool, watching movies, playing games, and spending time in this huge home. Very pleased and will be returning. ❤️

Home was extremely clean upon arrival, we paid for the pool heat and it maintained a very warm temperature the entire stay. The house was close to the parks, so running to Disney Springs for dinner was nice. Resort had its own water park that was nice. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our 14th year coming back to Reunion Resorts and every time we are glad we returned. The property is beautiful and peaceful, with plenty of activities and restaurants. We have stayed at many different houses here at Reunion through the years and have loved them all. This last house Legends Palmer was absolutely gorgeous, and had every amenity we needed!! No complaints at all, we are actually returning to reunion in two weeks. We just can't get enough!!

Everything was great. Only issue was getting in the house initially. Waited 30 minutes for security to show up and let us in. Then the engineer had to fix the whole lock. But overall a beautiful house and loved the resort!
