Details
Tucked within Bear s Den this private enclave at the heart of Reunion Resort is a six-bedroom residence that spans nearly five thousand square feet of luxurious vacation living. The name is not marketing. It is what guests feel the moment they arrive: a sense of arrival, of exhale, of a place set slightly apart from the noise of central Florida while sitting only minutes from its biggest attractions.
The living areas are the first thing to make an impression. Spacious and light-filled, they open across the main floor with the kind of flow that keeps a large group together without ever feeling crowded. The finishes throughout are genuinely high-end the materials, the fixtures, the small details that separate a luxury home from a large one and the effect is warm rather than showy, a space you want to live in rather than tiptoe through. At the center of it all is a gourmet kitchen built for real gatherings, with expansive counter space, premium stainless steel appliances, and room for guests to pull up, pour a drink, and stay in the conversation while dinner comes together. The dining area seats the full party at one table, which is exactly the point of traveling together.
Step outside and the home opens up again. The private pool and hot tub anchor a patio designed for long Florida days and even longer evenings, framed by space to lounge, dine, and gather without anyone feeling on top of anyone else. The fully equipped summer kitchen turns dinner into an event grill while the kids swim, gather as the sun drops behind the tree line, and let the meal stretch as far as the conversation wants to go. The spa stays warm long after the pool empties, which tends to be where the day quietly winds down, and mornings out here coffee in hand, the enclave still and green have a way of making guests slow down before the parks call.
Upstairs, the entertainment loft gives the group a second world of its own. A dedicated bar and a full-size pool table make it the natural gathering point once the sun goes down the room where the tournament runs late, where the adults settle in after the little ones are down, where a rainy afternoon becomes the best part of the trip. It is the kind of space that gets a house rebooked year after year.
The six bedrooms are arranged for comfort and privacy, each appointed with the same attention to quality that defines the rest of the home. Six full bathrooms mean no morning queue and no negotiation a detail that matters enormously when you are traveling with multiple couples, a multi-generational family, or a group of friends who would all like a little space of their own. An additional half-bath and powder room on the main floor keeps things easy for guests and gathering days, so the flow of the home never bottlenecks when the whole party is together.
What truly sets this home apart is what surrounds it. Guests of Sanctuary at Bear s Den enjoy full access to Reunion Resort s amenities, a depth of offering rare even by Orlando standards. Three championship golf courses designed by Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, and Tom Watson sit inside the gates, a combination rarely found elsewhere in the world. At the center of the resort is a five-acre water park with a lazy river, waterslides, and pools for every age, alongside additional pools spread across the property, tennis and pickleball courts, a full-service spa, a fitness center, and rooftop dining with panoramic views that stretch toward the nightly fireworks. Guests staying in Bear s Den also have the enclave s own private clubhouse and lounge close at hand.
And then there is the location, which is much of the reason people choose Reunion in the first place. The resort sits just minutes from Walt Disney World, with Universal Orlando, SeaWorld, and Orlando International Airport all within a comfortable drive. Spend the morning in a theme park and the afternoon by the pool the real luxury of this address is how effortlessly one becomes the other. The attractions are close enough to reach on impulse, and far enough away that the home still feels like the sanctuary its name promises.
Six bedrooms. Six full baths and a powder room. Just under five thousand square feet of high-end living, a private pool and hot tub, a summer kitchen, and an upstairs loft made for the best nights of the trip, all within one of the most sought-after enclaves at Reunion Resort. Whether you are gathering the family, planning the golf trip people talk about for years, or simply looking for a retreat equal to the occasion, Sanctuary at Bear s Den delivers on its name.

Good Stay
Ryan ·
This was a beautiful home and each room having its own bathroom was a real benefit, plus all of the bedrooms were for adults and no kids themes. We did have a few challenges with the requested pack N play missing on arrival, several minor maintenance issues, but all of these things were addressed by Reunion quickly via the chat. The pool heat however had the main pool at 98 degrees on arrival almost feeling like a hot tub. That took almost 3 days to get it back into the 80s for a normal pool heat temp. The shuttle service drivers are the best part of Reunion, very friendly and the app scheduling feature works well. The only challenge we had with the service was after out main banquet for the Delta Open on Saturday you have 600 people getting out and they had limited shuttles available and the drivers get off at 11. Suggest on large event days having more transportation available Especially when everyone is required to stay on property. If using lunch vouchers while playing the Nicklaus course we should not have to go all the way to the Palmer/Watson clubhouse for lunch at the turn. Overall and outstanding resort.
