If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.

Timeless Comfort in Florida

We have been vacationing in Florida for almost 30 years and this property was hands down the most comfortable, convenient, and well appointed home we have ever stayed in. The home is a classic from the early 1960's and so well maintained. We loved the charm and character. The attention to detail on every level was outstanding. The home lacked nothing we needed. We will definitely be returning!

Tricky Tech in Tranquil Retreat

We enjoyed our stay at this location. However, the garage door was very tricky. You had to be right up to the door for it to open and then it would open a few inches and stop and then come back down...We would do this a couple of times and then it would go up...Very annoying... Also we had issues with the TV as it had a message on when we would power on and it would not go away and we could not get past it. Finally the last two days they fixed it so we could watch it.I like the lanai and also the chairs on

Great location on canal in peaceful and walkable neighborhood. Kitchen and bath were cleaned nicely. Enjited quick bike rides to downtown Punta Gorda for lunch. Good value for the area when we booked.

Charming Retreat by the Canal

The stay at Rosa in Punta Gorda was as good as you could ask for! So much nicer to be in a whole house than a hotel room, very cutely but tastefully decorated, a/c worked just fine in 95 degree heat, and all the bare necessities were there, too! Bunny rabbits in the back yard and sunsets over the canal, which has fish and ducks!

Great house, very comfortable and well stocked. They thought of everything a guest would need. The dock was a plus, enjoyed sitting out there reading or just enjoying the water. A short drive to Fishermen's Village for great food or walking along the water. Downtown restaurants less than 10 minutes away.
Whistles and Blame: A Mixed Stay

We were happy with the house other than the terrible whistling noise when the wind was blowing and being blamed for damage to a door we never used.
