Furnished November 2017, this exquisite villa offers 3,490 of luxury accommodation for your entire family. Destination Luxury is a 6 bedroom, 5 bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms villa with a custom built kids bedroom, a private courtyard pool with spillover spa, games room, and more. As you step inside, you will be greeted by the beautiful living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room will allow you relax in luxury with comfortable seating and 65-Inch SMART 4K TV. From the living room, there is access to the patio balcony where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful golf course views. Head towards the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee bar, breakfast bar, and all you need to prepare meals. Enjoy all your meals around the elegant dining table. There is also a Sonos sound system throughout the home for you to dance to your favorite music.

On the ground floor, you will find the first master suite featuring a king bed,50-inch SMART 4K TV, and en-suite bathroom. You can also find three master suite on the second floor with king beds, en-suite bathrooms, and 50-inch SMART 4K TV’s. Let the kids have a blast in their own custom built Minion bedroom. The kid’s bedroom features three twin over twin bunk beds, spiral slide, and 50-inch SMART 4K TV. The last bedroom is located across the courtyard in the Annex allowing more privacy and space for your guests in your party. The bedroom features a king bed, en-suite bathroom, 50-inch SMART 4K TV, and a Keurig coffee bar.

From the moment you turn the corner up the stair you will be immersed in a fun kids zone of girl and boy superheroes with two 32-inch SMART TV’s with Xbox One and PlayStation 4. So whether you’re lounging around on the bean bags or blast down the slide, your little minions and superhero’s are sure you have a blast in this area created for their fun and your relaxation. An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental
Pool heat is available for an additional fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation. Please contact us to add pool heat to your reservation.
While staying in this property you will be able to use the majority of Reunion's amenities such as 6 swimming pools, bike hire, on-site restaurants, and bars. Absolutely the best house we have ever rented. This house has it all and then some. The kids loved the theme room. If you think your kids are excited to see the pictures just wait until they expierence it! Really helps the adults have a relaxing time because the kids were always hanging out upstairs or in the theatre room across the courtyard. Luxious furnishings in all of the adult bedrooms help take this property to the next level. We really can not say enough nice things about this property.

Very Kid friendly! Location was easily accessible to Disney parks. Just a short ride to all parks and Disney Springs. Enjoyed sitting on the back patio watching some golf. Grocery, liquor/beer store, Dunkin Donuts and CVS were less than a mile away. The Minions room was a BIG hit with the kids. Simply put, the house pool was awesome and a must stay for the value compared to 30 other rentals we compared to prior to reserving- you will not regret booking this amazing home!
