SEA-Renity at Prominence is a detached 3,194 square foot home on Scenic Highway 30A in Inlet Beach, and the whole point of it is room. Four bedrooms, three and a half baths, two king suites that each have their own bathroom, and two separate bunk rooms so the kids are not stacked into one. Everybody sleeps in an actual bed. There is not a sofa bed in the house. The Big Chill is directly across the street, and your dog stays free.

• Live music and a 25 foot outdoor screen on the lawn, with a DJ dance party on Fridays and family movie night on Sundays
• Two resort style community pools. The north pool is the large heated one, just across 30A
• North pool heated March 1 to April 30 and October 1 to November 30, set by the community and subject to change
• The paved 30A trail runs right past the community, connecting Seagrove, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach

Beach Access at Deer Lake State Park

Homes in Prominence use public beach access points, and Deer Lake State Park is the one our guests love. It is a short golf cart or bike ride, with a long dune boardwalk out to sand that stays quiet even in season. There is a small parking fee. Access through Watersound Club is not permitted for Prominence homes.

Thanksgiving and Christmas for Fourteen on 30A

This is the year nobody hosts.

• A kitchen that can actually cook a holiday meal for fourteen, and a dishwasher so nobody is at the sink until nine
• The 30A 10K Thanksgiving Day races start in Rosemary Beach, a short drive up the road
• Tree lightings and holiday parades run all along 30A through late November and December

Dog Friendly Things to Do on 30A

We want you to know before you arrive: Walton County does not allow visiting dogs on the beach. Your pup has better options anyway.

• The Timpoochee Trail, 18 paved miles along 30A, runs right past the community
• Alaqua Unleashed dog park in Santa Rosa Beach, fenced and off leash
• Point Washington State Forest, leashed dogs welcome on the Eastern Lake loops
• Dog friendly patios right across the street at The Big Chill

The Fine Print

The basics up front, including the one thing we would rather you hear from us.

• The home sits close to 30A, so you will hear some road noise when you are outside. Guests tell us it does not take away from the stay, and it is the reason The Big Chill is right there
• Parking is for two vehicles in the driveway and garage. Prominence does not allow street parking anywhere, so tell us before you book if your group is bringing more
• No pet fee. Pets stay free with prior approval, up to 2 indoor dogs at 30 lbs each or one dog up to 60 lbs
• Dogs are not permitted on Walton County beaches. The paved 30A trail is a lovely walk instead
• Golf cart drivers must be 21 or older with a valid license and proof of auto insurance
• Primary guest must be 25 or older and on site for the stay, with a signed rental agreement before arrival
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
• Quiet hours 10 PM to 6 AM, Walton County ordinance, fines up to $500
• Prominence curfew: guests 18 and under accompanied by an adult after 9 PM during March 7 to April 12, July 3 to 6, September 4 to 7, and October 9 to 18, 2026
