Exceptional Service Amidst Chaos
Adriana ·
Our original stay with a different rental was canceled by the host an hour before check in! I reached out to Global to see if they would be able to accommodate our party of 10 and Karina went above and beyond to ensure we had our stay booked within an hour! The office even called me with clear details to ensure we wouldn't have to go to their field office for our check-in process. The house is beautiful and spacious, kitchen was stocked with a few pots and pans, lots of dishes, lots of towels and extra line
