- Laundry usage can be arranged with the property manager when in the office. Easy access!
- There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.
- While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
- Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.
- BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.

We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

We really enjoyed the location of the rental. When you first walk in, it had a strong musty odor not sure from water damage or what. It says we had free YouTube TV. We never could get it to work. There was no sign on information in the book. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and probably will rent again next year. Great location!!

Friday night, we had trouble starting fire pit and getting bistro lights turned on. I told the emergency contact lady in case there was a simple fix they could walk me through. I told her it was not an emergency and not to worry. She sent Cane(?) and another woman over. We did get the firepit working before she arrived. She worked on bistro lights for a while and when she couldn't get them to work she dragged another man off the karaoke stage to look at them. We kept telling her that it was not that importa

Location, location, location! We stayed there while we were on a short business trip and I wanted something a little different from the standard hotel. Such a pleasant surprise, very clean and plenty of room for the two of us. Bathroom and kitchen were surprisingly more than adequate. Pizza restaurant next door was really good and 1 mile to fisherman pier with plenty of options. Only downside would be that the loft (as it clearly states in the description) is in fact a loft.
