With 65 feet of step-down dockage for easy kayak or paddleboard launch, and easy access to the Atlantic, it s an ideal retreat for water lovers. The home features spacious living areas, a private pool, and a tiki hut for outdoor relaxation.

Outdoor Amenities: Enjoy fun on the water with 5 kayaks, a stand-up paddleboard, and included life jackets for safety. 7 bikes with helmets also available!
Pets are welcome! Please notify us in advance and adhere to our pet policy. This home has a fully-fenced in backyard (except on the canal side). The dog park is 1 mile away.
Parking: This property features parking for 3+ vehicles and up to 2 trailers.

The large, private backyard includes a heat-optional pool for relaxing and cooling off, along with a spacious deck ideal for sunbathing, outdoor dining, or enjoying the view.
Unwind under the tiki hut offering a shaded escape, or fire up the gas grill for an evening BBQ. For fishing enthusiasts, the property features a bait freezer and a fish cleaning station, ensuring your catch is properly stored and prepared.
With plenty of room for outdoor activities, this home is the perfect spot to enjoy the best of boating and outdoor relaxation. Whether you re here to relax, fish, or explore the waters, the amenities and proximity to open water will make your stay unforgettable.
Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.
Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.
If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.
This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.
Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.

Our two week vacation stay at this home was simply wonderful. This home is equipped with everything you need. All beds are indeed very comfortable. The house was clean and very welcoming. Plenty of room for our party of six adults and two children. The pool was amazing. We were out in the ocean within minutes. The professionalism and kindness we received from the amazing staff at Coco Plum Vacation Rentals must be highlighted. What an amazing office to work with. Wonderful property. It was awesome being able to see fireworks from the dock on the 4th, rode bikes to the ice cream shop every night, and easily got on and off our boat from dock.

This home has a fantastic layout with all of the amenities! It's in a great location, a quiet neighborhood with high hedges that surrounds the pool for added privacy. There's ample parking for large groups or boats. Everything was very clean upon arrival. Coco Plum's staff were available when needed. They were communicative and friendly. We really enjoyed our time and would stay there again!

Property was as described in listing. We were thrilled to be able to bring our large 220 dog, Esther along on vacation. She enjoyed it as much as we did. Location and parking was convenient. Very quiet and relaxing week.

We had a wonderful time at a house that was very comfortable with a lot of essentials for cooking, etc., nice property, landscaping, pool, dock space, fish cleaning station, grill, tiki hut and easy to communicate with - we would like to come back!
