We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.

Remote Retreat with Responsive Management

The house had everything we needed. Things were somewhat rundown. The unheated pool was discouraging. But whenever we sent the management a message we received an immediate response. We felt that the house was pretty remote.

This was a great place! It was a work trip and the house was well equipped for a home away from home feeling. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and Tupperware. The neighborhood was quiet and I loved going for long walks everyday. I felt safe and that's really important. I worked everyday from the house and the Wifi was excellent and didn't drop me at all. We will definitely be back and make this our regular place to stay during work trips!! If we need to rent anywhere else in Florida I will

The rental was even roomier than we expected, had an issue arise with the pool and management sent someone out the same day. It ended up even being cheaper than local hotels.

Global's rental service was comparable to other companies we've used in the past. The house itself was equipped with kayaks and bikes, which was a generous touch by the owner and added enjoyment to our stay. We did need to replace a few burned-out light bulbs around the house. Overall, we had a pleasant experience.
