HOUSERULES / FAQ
Boatlift: For insurance reasons, the use of the boat dock and boat lift (if available) is strictly limited to boats rented through Vacation in Florida Inc. Private boats are only permitted with prior submission of valid dock insurance. Guests booking a house with us will receive a 10% discount code for a boat rental at boatrental-capecoral.com.
Electricity consumption: Electricity is not included and will be charged after departure at $0.15 per kWh. Costs depend on the season and the use of air conditioning and pool/spa heating. Average electricity costs for 2 4 guests can range from $50 $100 per week in summer and may be higher in winter due to increased heating needs.
BBQ Cleaning: Cleaning of the grill is not included in the cleaning fee. We ask you to clean the grill yourself after use. Cleaning by our cleaning team will be charged with an additional $50.
Pools and Spas: All pools and spas are heatable. Please note that, for organizational reasons, it is not possible to preheat the pool or spa prior to arrival. Depending on prior use, the pool may still retain some base or residual warmth from previous guests; however, this cannot be guaranteed. Please also note that even in Florida, winter temperatures may drop, which can cause pools to cool down overnight to varying degrees depending on their size. Therefore, consistently high water temperatures cannot be guaranteed at all times.
Cancelation fee: For cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the arrival date; 95% of the grand total will be refunded to the tenant. For cancellations made within 60 days of arrival, no refund will be issued.
Personal On-Site Check-In (Mandatory): For safety, insurance, and legal reasons, a personal on-site check-in on the day after arrival is mandatory. While initial access to the house is provided via code to allow flexible arrival times, we are required to personally verify that the guests present match the booking and to explain important house and safety information on site. The check-in takes place the day after arrival between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. The person who made the booking must be present and provide valid identification. This appointment is an essential part of ensuring a safe and compliant stay.
Pets: If a vacation home is listed as pet-friendly, guests may bring pets. The number of pets must be specified during the booking process. A pet fee of $25 per pet, per night applies. If a property is not designated as pet-friendly, pets are not permitted.
Service Animals: Legally recognized service animals are permitted, even in non-pet-friendly properties. However, guests are kindly asked to consider whether a non-pet-friendly property is ultimately suitable for their animal. Service animals do not need to be added during the booking process and are not subject to pet fees.
Emotional Support Animals: Are permitted only for long-term rentals (+30 days) and subject to applicable federal and Florida regulations. Written documentation must be provided prior to booking for verification purposes.
Standard occupancy/overnight guests: Our prices are calculated based on 4 people. Each additional person will be charged $25 plus fees/taxes per night. If you specify more than 4 people at the time of booking, this fee will be taken into account. If the number of people increases after booking or if you receive overnight guests (even for only a few days), you are obliged to register them and pay the fee.
All other house rules and our conditions can be found in our terms and conditions at the end of our booking process.

The pool area is beautiful
Laney ·
This was our second time staying at Villa Fourtastic View. Again, it was extremely clean and management was very friendly. The pool area is beautiful, and the views are magnificent. We are looking forward to staying there next year!
Beautiful home and neighborhood
Shawn ·
Beautiful home and neighborhood. Very responsive hosts. Tanja was especially great to work with and was always quick to answer my questions. Thank you for making this a memorable family vacation.
perfect house for 4 couples
Kristen ·
It was the perfect house for 4 couples who vacation once a year to rent. We were able to gather, relax, and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. The salt water pool and hot tub were amazing, we spent time in them every day. Morning coffee on the dock perfect. The homes location was ideal for renting a boat and exploring the canals that lead us out to the Gulf and Sanabel island. The house is well stocked, from kitchen cookware to pool and outdoor activities. All you should need is a few groceries, some sunscreen and a few good friends.
Excellent
Tim ·
Villa Fourtastic is a fabulous house. The pool and hot tub were great. Everything inside the house was good. Love the Sono system for music. Robert and Tanya were very helpful and friendly. Master bedroom could use a new mattress. Kitchen chairs not very good. Loved the stay and thank you.
Resort Living
Cindy ·
This was our second stay at Villa Fourtastic. We love our time there. We feel like we are at a resort. Each of the four bedrooms have their own bathrooms, and each bedroom has sliding doors which lead directly to the lanai with a beautiful pool, spa, and view of the canal. We love watching the "flying" fish just before sunset; this year we were excited to see some manatees in the canal too. There is great walking in the area and we felt very safe while staying there.
love to stay here again.
Robin ·
David was extremely responsive before and during our stay to all questions we had. Home was beautiful and would love to stay here again. The pictures of the inside and outside space don't do enough justice to how incredible the home is.
Highly recommend!
