Electricity consumption: Electricity is not included and will be charged after departure at $0.15 per kWh. Costs depend on the season and the use of air conditioning and pool/spa heating. Average electricity costs for 2 4 guests can range from $50 $100 per week in summer and may be higher in winter due to increased heating needs.
BBQ Cleaning: Cleaning of the grill is not included in the cleaning fee. We ask you to clean the grill yourself after use. Cleaning by our cleaning team will be charged with an additional $50.
Pools and Spas: All pools and spas are heatable. Please note that, for organizational reasons, it is not possible to preheat the pool or spa prior to arrival. Depending on prior use, the pool may still retain some base or residual warmth from previous guests; however, this cannot be guaranteed. Please also note that even in Florida, winter temperatures may drop, which can cause pools to cool down overnight to varying degrees depending on their size. Therefore, consistently high water temperatures cannot be guaranteed at all times.

The check-in takes place the day after arrival between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. The person who made the booking must be present and provide valid identification. This appointment is an essential part of ensuring a safe and compliant stay.
Pets: If a vacation home is listed as pet-friendly, guests may bring pets. The number of pets must be specified during the booking process. A pet fee of $25 per pet, per night applies. If a property is not designated as pet-friendly, pets are not permitted.
Service Animals: Legally recognized service animals are permitted, even in non-pet-friendly properties. However, guests are kindly asked to consider whether a non-pet-friendly property is ultimately suitable for their animal. Service animals do not need to be added during the booking process and are not subject to pet fees.
Emotional Support Animals: Are permitted only for long-term rentals (+30 days) and subject to applicable federal and Florida regulations. Written documentation must be provided prior to booking for verification purposes.

If you specify more than 4 people at the time of booking, this fee will be taken into account. If the number of people increases after booking or if you receive overnight guests (even for only a few days), you are obliged to register them and pay the fee.

Really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return and recommend!
Wonderfull villa
Pedone ·
Cape Coral has been our favorite destination in Florida for over 20 years, especially because of its peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. Throughout the years, we have booked with various real estate agencies, and most villas were good. One particular villa had long been our preferred choice, but this year there was a possibility that it might be sold. For this reason, we decided on Villa Vanity through vacation-in-florida.com, a company we were not familiar with before. The first impression was excellent: the 3D tour of the villa, The precise measurements of the three bedrooms, an impressive pool, A whirlpool that is among the most beautiful and functional we have ever seen, and a Weber grill, which we know well because we own a similar model. The interior convinces with high‑quality furnishings and European‑brand materials in the kitchen and bathrooms. The location is ideal — the marina with its restaurants is directly across the street. The service and information provided on site and via WhatsApp by Debbie and Tanja were excellent. Many thanks to Mr. David Lange for offering such well‑maintained and high‑quality villas.
Perfect location

Perfect location with walking access to Cape Harbour marina, shops, bars and restaurants. 3BR/3Bath layout makes it perfect for entertaining family and friends overnight. The home and pool are beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Paradise found!
Jovica ·
Paradise found! The location is amazing walkable to many restaurants. We highly recommend the dockside juicery for amazing breakfast smoothies. The pool patio is spacious and the view is fantastic, you’ll not want to leave that for the entirety of your stay. The house was clean and organized with plenty of pool towels.
Beautiful and restful
Cheryl ·
The house is spectacular. Kitchen has everything you need with great appliances. The beds were very comfortable with great views. It is close to many activities and great dining facilities. The only negative was we had a hard time keeping the pool at a decent temperature and the pool could use a good cleaning, there was sand in pool from recent work on the patio. Saying that we still enjoyed using both the pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again.
Very nice house
Sutton ·
Very nice house - large, clean, lots of space. Great if you want to rent a boat (we used their 10% discount and the rental was great) and dock it right at the house. The pool and spa were very nice and the spa heated up very quickly. Kitchen was well appointed. We were a little concerned about noise given the house is right on the street, but it's near the end of the road so there wasn't a lot of traffic and we rarely heard cars. The only thing that was not as described was the "dedicated workspace" - there was no desk provided and it made it difficult to get work done in private.
Love watching the sunrise
Moira ·
Our second stay at this beautiful house. Kitchen has all the tools to make a gourmet meal. Restaurants and bars walking distance accross the street at Cape Harbor and shops. Love watching the sunrise come up on the canal every morning. This house is decorated beautiful has become our yearly tradition vacation home for a week.
