Solara Resort is a gated resort community with amazing resort amenities, such as a grand pool, children’s splash pad with slide, teen hang out, bar, sand volleyball, and soccer field. The kids will love having a go at flow boarding, the "FlowRider®" (*Fee Required) gives the thrill of surfing with an artificial wave. The 13,000 sq. ft. clubhouse features a bar and grill, ice cream parlor, sundry store, fitness center, and outdoor fitness lawn.

This stunning home is located on one of the best lots in the resort. Offering views of the lake and clubhouse from the front of the home, just a short walk away. No getting in the car with damp bathing suits from the community pool, enjoy a short walk in the sunshine. This 7 bedroom home is the larger 4,106 sq.ft Monaco 2 floor plan, giving more space than the 3,544 sq.ft Malibu 2 7 bed floor plan.
Outside the screened enclosure offers a private pool with a spillover spa to relax in. There is patio furniture such as a table with seating for 6 and 3 chairs around a fire pit, and also sun loungers for enjoying the Florida sunshine. There is also a large lanai for shade and a poolside half bath.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. Spacious open-planned floor plan. The dining area has seating for 8. The breakfast bar also has 4 bar stools.
The living room has a wall-mounted 75" LED TV to enjoy family movies along with a 1965 Collector Edition Ford Mustang pool table. The garage has been converted into an amazing air-conditioned arcade room. There is a washer/dryer on the 1st floor.
*Please note, some of the bedrooms in this home are designed to accommodate children; it does not accommodate 13 adults. This home sleeps 10 adults; the rest are bedrooms designed for children 16 and under.

- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
- Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
- This property has exterior security cameras.
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
- Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
- This property does not include a BBQ; however, we do have them available for rental.
- We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk; based on the findings, we could cancel the reservation.
- Only preregistered vehicles will be allowed through the guard gate. Each Short-Term Rental guest reservation is eligible for: Three (3) complimentary vehicle passes for single-family homes. Two (2) complimentary vehicle passes for townhomes. A $25 fee per vehicle will apply for any vehicles exceeding the allotted number of passes.

Easy check in and check out. Close to disney parks. Staff tries to resolve issues rather quickly. Would definitely book again!

Nice home with plenty of amenities for every age and especially useful on rainy days where you could relax but still have fun in the pool, playing pool, watching movies in the theater or spending time playing numerous games in the game room. Plenty of room to sleep our party of 13 comfortably. We had a great time.

We had a family vacation at the Solara Resort..This property had plenty of space and plenty of things to do for all ages…Loved the arcade room ,movie theatre room and the pool. The pool alarm system was well used with 6 little ones.The house was clean and the kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils..We will definitely book again!
